MONTBLANC TRUCK
SNOWPLOW

RODA® MONTBLANC truck Snowplow, ideal for municipal accesses, roads, highways, etc. It can be installed on any type of truck to clean abundant snow in hard working conditions. It can work with the tip, with the right blade, with the left blade or forward inverted. It is composed of a central tip forming a triangle. It is the joint with the two lateral sheets. This tip is made of special high anti-wear resistance steel. The lateral sheets are reinforced and manufactured with strong ribs. The sheet thickness is 6 mm. The easily replaceable (180x18) are made of high anti-wear resistance tempered steel (320 Brinnel). It has stabilization balancing for a permanent blade-surface adhesion. 15º side oscillation 45º rotation angle. All movements of the snowplow (up-down, open-close, left-right) are performed by means of oversized double effect cylinders. The whole hydraulic circuit is installed with impact protection safety valve. It has mechanical fastening shaft to protect the cylinder in long period works The third fastening point of the machine records the height from the snowplow tip to the surface to be cleaned. The blade can be quickly coupled to the three frontal points according to DIN Standard. The snowplow is coupled by means of a positioner. The center of rotation of the two sheets is very near the vehicle coupling plate, obtaining a length of 107 cm between the coupling plate and the center of rotation.
